Elkins Earthworks, LLC recently received a notification from Juniper Systems outlining a service notice for some tablets and handheld devices. Juniper Systems has identified a potential issue with some of their battery packs dating from 2016 thru 2019. The percentage of units that have experienced an issue is very low (0.007%) but Juniper has decided to make this issue known and has provided the available options for resolution.
